Online Tools

If you're reading the updated and revised second edition of Relationship Economics (Wiley, 2011) now available in paperback, you'll notice references to this page of online tools.  My goal is to engage and influence your beliefs, behaviors and skill sets - beyond the importance of relationships, to their significance in your personal and professional growth

Whether in this book, in my keynote speeches, or consulting engagements, I can share countless stories, highlight global best practices, as well as both my personal opinion as well as empirical evidence that relationships in general and strategic relationships in particular, can dramatically impact your job performance, realm of responsibilities, accelerated execution and results.

Only when you internalize what I've shared in the book, and make the key concepts truly yours - in the process, changing or enhancing your behavior, will you see the impact and the results you're seeking.

That's the intent of these online tools: to give you a candid, independent, and insightful look (diagnostic) at your relationship development beliefs, behaviors, and skill sets, as well as to share a set of guidelines (prescriptive) recommendations to enhance your growing edge.  I will continue to update this page, so keep coming back and as always, I welcome your feedback.

Best wishes for continued relationship success,

David Nour - author, Relationship Economics

Reputation Perception Assessment™ (RPA)

  • How do others perceive the manner in which you identify, build, nurture, and capitalize on your relationships?  Think of this assessment as a 360 degree feedback on your relationship-development style.  Forward the link above to ten (10) people you respect and ask them to answer a handful of questions about you.  Their answers will identify you in one of four quadrants with a high level profile and a set of recommendations.  The results from this assessment, when benchmarked against your RSI score, becomes the foundation for many of our coaching / mentoring programs.
